Our company, Aqgromalin, is a for-profit social-impact, farm diversification startup enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. A farmer can order high-quality live inputs (chicks, fish fingerlings, mud crab seeds, etc) via our app AQAI, which we deliver to their farm gate. Post-harvest, we purchase the grown outputs from the farmers, thus providing them with an exit from the produce at competitive market rates. 

While we deal with farmers in trading activities, we also engage in extension activities - scientific farming practices, quality inspection, Indigenous and cross breed selection etc. Farmers can also seek medical advice through our mobile application, where our panel of veterinarians responds to their queries free of charge. 

Currently, we are into the Goats, Poultry, and Aqua value chains and looking to enter the Pig value chain. 

We are on a mission to organize the world's protein supply and understand that piggery is a major contributor to it. We are on the lookout for smart PhD candidates who have completed their thesis in the pig value chain - we offer competitive remuneration (INR 7-10 Lakhs pa), and a dynamic & open work environment.
