Instructions and Guidelines

  • Ensue every book chapter includes >150 questions, the quantity being adjusted based on the chapter's content, and these questions should be sourced from credible references, covering all the prescribed chapter's content (but not limited to).
  • Allowable level of plagiarism must not exceed 10%.
  • Each chapter should feature Preferably Sigle author (maximum of two authors only)
  • Structure the questions in accordance with the format of the new ICAR AIEEA (PG) and ICAR AICE- JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) examinations.
  • Preferred percentages for different types of MCQs are as follows:
    • Refresher points or tables
    • Fill in the blank Questions: ~20%
    • Multiple Choice Questions (Including ~20 % Multiple Statement Type Questions): ~60%
    • Matching Type Questions: ~20%
  • Format the MCQs using a Word document with a 12-point Times New Roman font. Include a header specifying the "Subject Name" and "Chapter Name & number." Each question should be numbered sequentially, Conclude the document with answers for all the questions.
  • All submissions will undergo a quality review process to ensure they meet the book's standards.
  • Subsequently, chapters will be subject to peer review by subject matter experts.
  • Authors have the option to contribute more than one chapter within a specific subject, and each chapter should be uploaded separately in our submission portal.
  • If a chapter or a portion thereof meets our quality standards, it may be selected for publication. If only a part of a chapter is chosen, contributing authors may be combined with similar chapters, and the order of authorship will be determined based on the level of contribution.
  • When submitting your book chapter in portal, please include the IIP ID under the "Referred By IIPID" column to ensure a smooth peer review process. Use the following IIP IDs for each respective category: LPT (IIPER1699426770), AGB (IIPER1699520582), VPY (IIPER1699624056), ANN (IIPER1699987995). LPM (IIPER1700560863), PSC (IIPER1700552423), and AHE (IIPER1700567789).
