Job Type : Permanent Job Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities -- Increasing business opportunities of animal nutrition through various channels - Performing Market analysis and developing forecasts - Establishing , maintaining and expanding associated vendors - Identify , strategize and plan different approaches to onboard and expand customer base - Developing short- and long - term customer action plans and responding to market dynamics - Manage customers from different channels including B2B and B2B2F - Plan and manage budgets required for business segment - Recruiting and training sales staff , monitoring their performance and motivating them to achieve targets - Build and Manage key accounts at decision making level , at purchase and at product user level - Plan and execute marketing activities as required for different channel.

Eligibility - Master's degree in agricultural or veterinary sciences - MBA in Rural Management or Marketing preferred - At least 6 years of overall experience of which at least 5 years must be in Animal Nutrition segment - Knowledge of feed product categories plus how & why feed additives are applied to improve animal performance on the farm level - Conducting customer education events - Should be capable to work as per company requirements Send your resumes only through
